Re: Richard Arthur Stockdale Deceased
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Richard Arthur Stockdale late of Manor House Cottage, Hebden, Skipton BD23 5DX who died on the 9th day of November 2021 and whose Will was proved in the Principal Probate Registry on the 16th day of November 2022 by Christopher Charles Jackson and Janet Elizabeth Stockdale the executors named in the said Will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned the solicitors for the said executors on or before the 10th day of February 2023 after which date the executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
