NOTICE is given that on 5 December 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the orders - which come into force on 12 December - is to reduce the speed limit on the A4130 from east of the A34 Milton Interchange to Didcot. This creates a continuous 40mph speed limit along its entire length in place of the previous National 60mph limit. The Oxfordshire County Council (Didcot Area) (Speed Limits) (No.2) Order 2022 & the (Milton, Abingdon) (Speed Limits) Order 2020 is revoked/replaced.
