Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1) (As Amended) North End Road (Temporary Footway Closure) (No. 2) Order 2022

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate a construction and associated works in North End Road, they have made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the north-eastern footway of North End Road, which lies between a point opposite the north-western boundary line of Victoria Halls, North End Road, Wembley and a point opposite the south-eastern boundary line of Victoria Halls, North End Road, Wembley, when and where appropriate traffic signs are being displayed. The prohibitions referred to above will apply between 12th December 2022 and 15th March 2023 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to premises in or adjacent to North End Road will be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.
Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to above should proceed by way of an adjacent footway.
