Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U13411 Sculthorpe Road, Churchill and Blakedown) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of U13411 Sculthorpe Road from its junction with U13410 Mill Lane to its junction with U13414 The Croft. Reason: New/replacement electricity cable by Western Power Distribution.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U13410 Mill Lane, U13411 Sculthorpe Road and vice versa.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Order made: to close that part of U11518 Park Crescent from its junction with B4195 Bewdley Road to its junction with U11517 Olive Grove. Reason: New customer connection by Cadent Gas Ltd. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. (Link Footpath F10631 Witley Way, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Order made: to close that part of Link Footpath F10631 Witley Way, Stourport on Severn, from its junction with U11016 Abberley Avenue to its junction with B4196 Areley Common in its entirety. Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U11016 Abberley Avenue, U11026 Redhouse Road, B4196 Areley Common and vice versa. Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days Commencing: 14 December 2022. Proposed Order: to close that part of U12100 Connaught Avenue from its junction with U12101 Woodward Road to its junction with B4549 Sutton Park Road.
Reason: New/replacement gas main by Sapphire Utility Solutions.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U12101 Woodward Road, A4535 Sutton Road, A451 Stourport Road, B4549 Sutton Park Road and vice versa.

(Wyre Forest District - Kidderminster area) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2007 (Variation) Order 2022 [Disabled Persons' Parking Place on 62 Offmore Road, Kidderminster]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to create a disabled persons' parking place on the following length and side of road in Kidderminster:-Offmore Road (South Side) from a point 15.5 metres east of Cherry Orchard, for a distance of 6.6 metres, in an easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
