Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time on B4204 Kyrewood Road/Rise Lane, Tenbury]
On 24 November 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length of road in Tenbury: -
U95019 known as Rise Lane (north side)- from its junction with B4204 Kyrewood Road for a distance of 11m in an easterly direction and then 4m in a southerly direction (adjacent to the gate across this road). U95019 known as Rise Lane (south side)- from its junction with B4204 Kyrewood Road for a distance of 3m in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.
