(Malvern Hills District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2022 [Prohibition of Waiting At Any Time on A443 Main Road, Hallow]
Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following sides and lengths of road in Hallow: - A443 Main Road, Hallow (east side) from a point 8m north of its junction with Greenhill Lane for a distance of 8m in a northerly direction and from a point 4m south of its junction with Greenhill Lane for a distance of 6m in a southerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

Proposed Order: to close: Closure 1: Footpath F50312 Hastings Drive (Sidel Corge Avenue) from its junction with U51800 Hastings Drive to its junction with footpath F50316 Bodium Close (between no14/21). Closure 2: Footpath F50313 Ludlow Avenue (between No 17/19) from its junction with footpath F50312 Hastings Drive (Side1 Corge Avenue) to it junction with Junction U51901 Ludlow Avenue. Closure 3: Footpath F50314 Corfe Avenue (Side No17) from its junction with Footpath F50312 Hastings Drive (Side1 Corge Avenue) for a Length of 26.35 meters. Closure 4: Footpath F50315 Ludlow Avenue (between No 9/11) from its junction with footpath F50312 Hastings Drive (Side1 Corge Avenue) to its junction with junction U51901 Ludlow Avenue. Closure 5: Footpath F50455 Lewes Gardens to from its junction with footpath F50312 Hastings Drive (Side1 Corge Avenue) to its junction with U51914 Lewes Gardens.
Reason: Footway Reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U51904 Bodiam Close, U51903 Stirling Avenue, U51900 Chepstow Avenue, B4638 Woodgreen Drive, U51800 Hastings Drive and vice versa. Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 days Commencing: 3 January 2023.
(C2138 Dilmore Lane, North Claines) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2138 Dilmore Lane from its junction with U41200 Porters Mill Lane to its junction with C2138 Dilmore Lane. Reason: Bridge work maintenance by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2138 Dilmore Lane, A38 Droitwich Road, C2139 Church Lane, C2139 Ladywood Road, C2086 Hadley Heath to Ladywood Road, C2138 Hadley Heath, C2138 Ladywood and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 74 days Commencing: 3 January 2023.
(Link Footpath F60261 Bannut Hill, Kempsey) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022 Proposed Order: to close that part of Link Footpath F60261 Bannut Hill, Kempsey from its junction with A38 Main Road to its junction with U60044 Bannut Hill. Reason: New road construction by Shannonside Civil Engineering. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A38 Main Road, U60040 Plovers Rise, U60043 Freemantle Drive, U60044 Bannut Hill & vice versa.
Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 74 days Commencing: 3 January 2023.
(U62025 The Orchard, Powick) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of U62025 The Orchard from its junction with U62026
The Greenway to its junction with U62023 The Drive.
Reason: New vehicle crossing by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U62023 The Drive, U62025 The Orchard and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 10 days Commencing: 12 December 2022.
(B4637 Tolladine Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Order made: to close that part of B4637 Tolladine Road from its junction with B4205
Shrub Hill Road to its junction with U51330 Sherriff Street.
Reason: Bridgework maintenance by Centurion Traffic Management.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected
where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U51330 Sherriff Street, B4636 Newtown Road, B4205 Shrub Hill
Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 11 nights (21:00-06:00) Commencing: 12 December 2022.
(U51013 Lansdowne Crescent and U51012 Lansdowne Crescent Lane, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022
Proposed Order: to close Closure 1: U51013 Lansdowne Crescent from its junction with U51012 Lansdowne Crescent Lane to its junction with B4550 Rainbow Hill. Closure 2: U51012 Lansdowne Crescent Lane from its junction with C2294 Lansdowne Road to its junction with U51015 Lansdowne Walk. Reason: Lay New Ducting by Kier Group.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4550 Rainbow Hill, C2294 Lansdowne Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 29 days Commencing: 2 January 2023.
