(Fenwick Drive, Barrhead) Temporary Restriction To Use Of Road Order 2023

On the 24 November 2022 the Council made the above named Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Order has been promoted to restrict vehicular access on Fenwick Drive, Barrhead, in order to facilitate the safe operation of Scottish Water mains work repairs within or near the road, scheduled to be carried from Wednesday 4 January until Wednesday 1 March 2023. The Order authorises the closure of the road in phases for the duration of the works.

vehicular access to properties within the extents of the closure may be permitted by the contractor on site only when it is possible to do so in conjunction with the works going on at the time. Access for emergency vehicles attending an incident will be maintained at all times. Alternative Routes:

Phase 1: Calder Avenue - Cumnock Drive - Killoch Drive - Fenwick Drive - Oakbank Drive - Divernia Way - Newton Avenue - Roebank Drive and Vice Versa.
Phase 2: Fenwick Drive - Oakbank Drive - Divernia Way - Newton Avenue - Roebank Drive - Fenwick Drive - Calder Avenue - Cumnock Drive - Killoch Drive and Vice Versa.
Phase 3, 4 & 5: Fenwick Drive - Oakbank Drive - Divernia Way - Newton Avenue -Roebank Drive - Fenwick Drive and vice versa.
