We, HOSPITALITY EXMOUTH LIMITED do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at Manor Gardens, Exmouth, EX8 1BB and known as MANOR GARDENS The application is to:-

* Provide 3 Day, Free Festival In Manor Gardens On 25th August 2023 - 27th August 2023 Only

* To Provide The On Sale Of Alcohol From 16:00hrs-22:00 On The Friday And 12:00 - 22:00 On The Saturday & Sunday

* To Provide Provision For Live Music From 16:00hrs - 22:00 On The Friday And 12:00 - 22:00 On The Saturday & Sunday

* To Provide Provision For Recorded Music From 16:00hrs - 22:00 On The Friday And 12:00-22:00 On The Saturday, Sunday

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do
so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council,
Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton,
EX141EJ not later than 26th December 2022. Representations
received after this date cannot be considered.
All representations MUST BE IN WRITING
