I Simon Fudge give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of, The Kings Head, Church Street, 32 Church Street, Falmouth, TR11 3EQ The application is to: To increase the opening hours, sale of alcohol on the premises and recorded music on Wednesday nights only.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, Dolcoath Avenue, Camborne, TR14 8SX or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 30th December, 2022. A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.
