The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, 1st floor, Bolton Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive.

Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 1st December 2022. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 29th December 2022.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. On summary conviction, the maximum penalty for such an offence is an unlimited fine.
