1. The Council of the London Borough of Harlngey, In consultation with Transport for London, hereby gives notice that to allow for a special event it intends to make an Order under Section 16(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to prohibit any vehicle from entering into or proceeding in, Town Hall Approach Road N15 and also to restrict all waiting, loading and unloading activity, between 6 a.m. and 11.59 p.m. on 10 December 2022. These prohibitions and restrictions would operate between its junction with Philip Lane and the southern kerb-line of the access road of Haringey College.

3. The prohibition specified in Article 2 above, shall only apply during such times and to such extent as may be indicated by appropriate traffic signs or directed by a police constable in uniform or a civil enforcement officer.
