Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn dan Adrannau 82(2) 83(2) ac 84 (2) a Rhan IV o Atodlen 9 o Ddeddf Rheoli Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a fydd yn gwahardd unrhyw un rhag gyrru unrhyw gerbyd modur ar gyflymder sydd dros y terfyn cyflymder ar hyd y darn hwnnw o ffordd fel a nodir yn yr Atodlenni isod.
Mae'r Gorchymyn a wnaed yn flaenorol sef Gorchymyn (Ffyrdd Cyfyngedig) (Rhif 8) Cyngor Sir Ddinbycn 1964 trwy hyn yn cael ei ddirymu cyhyd a'i fod yn effeithio ar y darn o ffordd a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 3.

A547 Abergele Road/Llanddulas Road, Abergele - Speed Limit Order 2022
The Conwy County Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 82(2) 83(2) 84(1) and 84(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will prohibit any person from driving any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding the speed limit on the lengths of road specified in the Schedules below.
The previously made Order named The County Council of Denbigh (Restricted Roads) (No 8) Order 1964 will be revoked in so far only as it affects the length of road described in Schedule 3.
A copy of the proposed Order together with a map showing the length of road to which the Order relates and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined on the Council website. Requests for paper copy documents can be made by contacting 01492 575337.
