The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning Act 1990 The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012 We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.
LB - Application No. 03/2021/1017 - Pendre Farm Barn, Pendre, Berwyn, Llangollen - Conversion of barn to form a dwelling, retention of replacement garage, installation of a septic tank and associated works (partly retrospective) (Listed Building application).
