LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE
Take notice that I, Nicolas Demetrios, have made an application to Wirral Borough Council acting as the Licensing Authority, for a new Premises Licence in respect of 244-246 Telegraph Road, Heswall Ellesmere Port, Cheshire West and Chester, CH60 7SG. The application may be viewed at the Offices of the Licensing Authority, Wirral Borough Council Licensing Office, Solar Campus,239 Leasowe Road, Wallasey CH45 8LW, during normal office hours (except on public holidays). Representations must be made in writing. A representation form is available to download or complete on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/. The date by which persons or responsible authorities may make representations to the relevant Licensing Authority against this application is 22nd December 2022.
