LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that BCP Council has applied to BCP Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as Sandpiper Kiosk, West Cliff Promenade, Bournemouth BH2 5AA. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises, between the hours of 09:00 - 22:00 during the summer months (1st April to 30th September) and 10:00 -22:00 in winter (1st October to 31st March).
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to BCP Council, Licensing, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6EA (or

) no later than 27th December 2022. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of BCP Council at the above address (or

.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
