Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Houdini's Escape Room Experience Limited has applied to Southampton City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Houdini's After Dark, 9a Castle Way, Southampton, SO14 2BX.
The premises will operate within the basement of the building and is designed to be an addition to the primary escape room business which is located on the same floor.There is no external area for the consumption of food and drink. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. Supply of Alcohol, Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance and Anything of a Similar Description 12:00 hours to 01:00 hours Monday to Sunday; and
2. Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 01:00; and
3. NewYears Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY or by email at licensing@southampton.gov.uk no later than 26th December 2022 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
