Notice of Application for a Variation to Licence at Sedgemoor Campus, Bath Road, Bridgwater, TA6 4PA
Notice is hereby given that South West Larder Ltd has made an application to the Sedgemoor District Council for the variation of the original premises licence on the 30th November 2022. The proposed variation will include:
- To increase the approved licensing boundary to include the whole site;
- To grant access to Sedgemoor Campus by local Community Groups, Functions or Parties; Interested parties and responsible authorities wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so in writing to:
Licensing Team, Sedgemoor District Council, King Square, Bridgwater TA6 3AR Representations may be made for 28 days from the date of this notice.
A copy of this application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Team at Sedgemoor District Council, or alternatively it can be viewed online on the Sedgemoor District Council website. It is an offense to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in conjunction with an application and the maximum fine which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.00.
