APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

 NOTICE is hereby given that Mr Angelo Wiggins has applied to Purbeck District Council to vary the Premises licence in respect of Snack Bar, 10 High Street, Swanage, Dorset, BH19 2NT.

Details of the proposed variation: sale of alcohol, recorded music and opening hours to be extended by 1 hour until 01:00 Monday to Sunday, the addition of films from 09:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday and live music from 23:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday.

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing addressed to the Licensing Department, Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP, before 08 July 2013. All representations will be made knowntotheapplicant. The register of the licensing authority is maintained at Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Wareham, where the application may be inspected Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
