Notice is given that an application has been made to Colchester Borough Council (the Licensing Authority) for a Premises Licence to permit licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises shown below. Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 Monday to Friday at the Council's office at Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG and can also be viewed on the Councils website at www.colchester.gov.uk. Any persons or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to Colchester Borough Council Licensing Authority, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG before the date shown below: Name of applicant: Omar Fathula Ezzaldeen Name and Postal Address of the Premises: Food Simply, 43a Head Street, Colchester CO1 1NH. Statement of Intended Licensable Activities: For Retail Sale of Alcohol Mon to Thur 7am to 11pm Fri to Sat 7am to 12pm and Sun 9am to 11pm. Date by which Representations must be made: 24/12/22 This notice remains in force from and including the day after the giving of this notice to the licensing authority, namely 30th November 22 for 28 consecutive days. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
