 Wingfield Court Limited -v-Agnes Marie Rienne Sartelet

 ON THE 3 June 2013, District Judge Willis, ordered that:
1. The Defendant gives the Claimant possession of Flat 28, Wingfield Court, Manor Road, Bournemouth, BH1 3HE on or before 29th July 2013, it being reasonable to make the order sought.

2. Judgement for £7,193.48, payable on or before 29 July 2013.

3. The Claimant shall use its best endeavours to notify the Defendant of the terms of this Order by a) affixing a copy of it to the front door of the property for a period of not less than 7 days, and b) by placing notice setting out the term of the Order in a local paper circulating in the area of the property.
