NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions
i) On Avelon Road, Rainham on one side of the car park exit il) On Sowrey Avenue on the apex of the bend outside Nos 29/31 ill) On Burwood Gardens outside Nos 7/9/11
b) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on:
i) Penzance Gardens in the turning head
ii) Dudley Road outside Nos 84/86
iii) Danbury Road outside Nos 35/37
iv) Roseberry Gardens outside Nos 42/44
v) Dudley Road outside Nos 32/36
vi) Epsom Way outside Nos 5/7
vii) Avelon Road, Rainham outside No 43/53
c) Relocation of existing disabled persons parking bays on Jutsums Lane to nearer the park entrance and replace with unrestricted bays
d) Introduce a dedicated disabled persons parking bay on Betterton Road outside No 2
e) Extension of existing no waiting at any time restrictions on;
i) Priors Park from its junction with Suttons Avenue
ii) Kendal Croft on one side from its junction with Ennerdale Avenue along the flank wall of No 7 Ennerdale Avenue

Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
