NOTICE PURSUANT TO SECTION 123(2A) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 (AS AMENDED) NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF AREA OF OPEN SPACE Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Bolton ("the Council") intends to dispose of its interest in land that includes an area of open space at the following locations: Land North of Albion Street Bolton/Land South of Albion Street Bolton A plan showing the area to be included in the disposal can be inspected during regular opening hours at the One Stop Shop, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU. A copy of this Notice and the above mentioned plans are available at:

bearing the reference LS/ HJB/87560 by no later than 9th December 2022. All objections received will then be considered by the Council.
