NOTICE is hereby given that Trafford Borough Council intends to dispose of land and buildings at Longford Park Stretford in the Borough of Trafford in the County of Greater Manchester shown edged red on the attached plan numbered 712/366A ('the Property'). It is intended to grant a 10 year lease of the Property for the purposes of the use as a cafe and toilets (with a right reserved for members of the public visiting the Park to use the toilets).
Representations to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to "Legal Services, Trafford Borough Council, 2nd floor, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH (reference: L/CA/16571)" and received by no later than two weeks from the date of this notice.
