Notice of application for Hazardous Substances Consent. I give notice that HW Coates Ltd is applying to Cheshire West & Chester Council for an increase of hazardous substances consent for the storage of products classified as acute toxic (Cat H2) 300 tonnes; environmentally hazardous (Cat E1) 5,000 tonnes; and to permit the storage of environmentally hazardous (Cat E2) within an additional two existing warehouses at HW Coates Ltd, Middlewich Road, Byley, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 9NT. You may wish to inspect a copy of the application by visiting the site (address provided above) within 21 days of this notice. If you wish to make representations about this application you should write to Cheshire West & Chester Council, Development Management, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 0BA within 21 days of this notice.
