NOTICE PURSUANT TO THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 - SECTION 27 RE THE LATE JOYCE BELLWOOD HEARN

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Joyce Bellwood Hearn late of 25 St Aubyns Place, York YO24 1EQ is required to send particulars thereof in writing of his or her claim or interest to Joint Executors Michael and Jane Barnes, Rose House, 75 Wappenham Road, Helmdon, Brackley, Northamptonshire NN13 5QA and to send such particulars not later than 16th August 2013 after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interest of which the Executors have notice and the Executors will not, as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person whose claim of which they shall not by then have received notice.
