Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14 (1)

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Brlnsworth Close, Twickenham (Ref: 22/244)

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate a water connection they Intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary waiting restrictions In Brlnsworth Close, Twickenham.

2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand In Brlnsworth Close Road between a point outside No. 4 Brinsworth Close and a point outside No. 8 Brinsworth Close

3. The order will come into effect on 12 December 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 12 December 2022 and 16 December 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.

4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as Indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

5. Nothing In the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer In uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 30 November 2022 made the above Orders under section 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2.The general effect of the Order will be to introduce double yellow lines ("no waiting at any time") in lengths of Fulmer Close, Hampton.
3. Copies of details giving more details of the Order: -

(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 22/186, at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

4. 1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Wandsworth proposes to make the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Traffic Management Act 2004: -

2. The general effect of The Wandsworth (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. ") Order 2019 is to:

(a) designate the following parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying a disabled person's badge (referred to in this notice as a "mandatory bay") outside: 15 Inworth Street 23 Petersfield Rise 29a Kettering Street 30 Openview 34 Openview 61a Credenhill Street 68 Bramfield Road 87 Fallsbrook Road 91 b Norroy Road

(b) Revoke the following the following mandatory bays outside:

(c) Extend the existing mandatory bay outside No. 66 Devereux Road, so that it is 6.2 metres long.
The general effect of The Wandsworth (Permit Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. ') Order 202' to
(a) re-designate the following mandatory bays as parking places for the leaving without charge and for any period of a disabled person's vehicle displaying the disabled resident's parking permit numbered as specified below (referred to in this notice as a "resident-specific bay"):

In so far as the mandatory bays mentioned in paragraph 2 above are within Controlled Parking Zones, the general effect of the Parking Places Orders relating to the said zones is to shorten, re-designate or lengthen the adjoining CPZ parking places to take account of the proposed new, relocated and revoked mandatory bays and resident-specific bays.
Copies of documents and plans giving more detailed particulars of the proposed Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays in The Customer Centre, The Town Hall, Wandsworth High Street, London, SW18 2PU. The documents will remain available until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Order under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The principal objective of the Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order

is to introduce a number of parking places for disabled persons where a high level of parking makes reasonable means of access difficult, and to discontinue a number of parking places previously provided where the demand for such bays no longer exists.
3. The Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order will introduce a parking bay for disabled persons' vehicles, operating "at any time" in the following streets:

Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicular Access And Temporary Parking Restrictions

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate essential highway maintenance, improvement and construction works, street lighting works and public cleansing works, including works for the pruning or felling of trees within the extent of the public highway, they have mase an Order, the effect of which will allow the Council to introduce any temporary road closure or any temporary parking restriction or any other temporary traffic management scheme on any road within its area as may be required to allow the safe and efficient execution of such works.

2. Whilst any such works may be in progress, no person will be permitted to drive a vehicle along any borough street, which may be temporarily closed, or to park or wait in any borough street whilst temporary waiting restrictions or parking suspensions may be in force or to do anything or to fail to do anything which, from time to time, may be prohibited or required as indicated by traffic signs and/or cones.

3. Temporary road closures, waiting restrictions, parking suspensions and any other temporary prohibition, restriction or requirement in respect of vehicular movement will be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016, as may be amended or re-enacted and which are in force when such signs are displayed.

4. If any road is closed to through traffic by this Order an alternative route will be signposted.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public or utility vehicle.

(b) anything done with the permission, or at the direction of a Police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer.

(c) any emergency vehicle on an occasion when it is being used; or

(d) any road which is a "red route" or a GLA road for which Transport for London is the highway and traffic authority.

6. The Order will come into operation on the 2 December 2022 and shall remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on 30 November 2022 made the above Orders under sections 45, 46 and 49 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Parking Places Order is to introduce scooter and cycle hire parking places for the leaving of electric scooters being used in a trial or the leaving of pedal cycles (including electric-assisted pedal cycles) being used in public hire schemes operated in accordance with agreements with the Council. The parking areas will be sited in the areas detailed in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. Full details of the Order, which will come into operation on 7 December 2022, are contained in the following documents: -

(a) the Order.
(b plans indicating the location and effect of the restrictions; and (c) the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the

Orders.
