TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (South West) (No.23) Order 2022" authorising the stopping up of a part width of The Street, adjoining White Lodge, at Kilmington, Warminster in Wiltshire. This is to enable development as permitted by Wiltshire Council, under reference 19/07890/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk quoting NATTRAN/SW/S247/5183. They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Mere Post Office, 1 Boar Street, Mere, Warminster, BA12 6DD.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 01 December 2022.
