Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Fareham Borough Council to vary the premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 at The Venue, Fareham Town Football Club, Cams Alders Sports Stadium, Palmerston Drive, Fareham, PO14 1BJ.
Details of the variation are as follows:
1. To reduce licensable hours for all activities to terminal hour of 00:00.
2. Inclusion of new kiosk on plan to be licensed and used as bar.
3. Amendment of condition 14 on premises licence to read: "Polycarbonate or toughened glass drinking vessels will be supplied should customers wish to take their drinks to the terraced area."
4. Change of venue name from 'Club V' to 'The Venue at Fareham Town Football Club'
A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below.
Any responsible authority or interested party wishing to make representations on this matter must submit those representations in writing to: The Licensing Officer, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Way, Fareham, PO16 7AZ by no later than 28 days from the date of this notice.
The closing date for representations is: 12th December 2022
ANY REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE NOTIFIED TO THE APPLICANT AND WILL BE CONSIDERED BY
THE LICENSING AUTHORITY.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
