The Redbridge (Waiting, Loading, Stopping and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment No. 7) Order 2022
The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge on the 1st December 2022 made the above-mentioned Order, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 121A and 124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to introduce parking restrictions as specified in the Schedules to this notice.
Schedule 1 - WGB Permit Holders parking operative Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm In Knighton Drive (both sides) from outside No. 33 Knighton Drive to its junction with Monkham's Lane except where existing waiting restrictions apply and all lengths of Dale Gardens except where existing waiting restrictions apply.
Schedule 2 - Permits (which have been subject to changes by Notice of Variation advertised 31st March 2022); Online application charges (per address): first resident permit £15 for 6 months, £20 for 12 months; second additional resident permit £55 for 6 months, £110 for 12 months; third and subsequent additional resident permit £99 for 6 months, £198 for 12 months. Visitor permits £11 for 10 permits. Business permits £231 for 6 months, £462 for 12 months. School staff permits £77 for 4 months or £214.50 for 12 months. Permit(s) free of charge for disabled badge holders and fully electric vehicles. Any applications not made online will incur an additional £22 charge per permit (except Visitor and School staff permits).
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 2nd December 2022 together with the Council's Statement of Reasons for making the Order, the map schedule and map schedule legend indicating the location and the effect may be examined at the Central Library, Clements Road, llford, IG1 1EA between 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays) and 10am to 5pm Saturday. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
