Application for Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Tampopo Limited has applied to London Borough of Merton for the grant of a new Premises Licence for Tampopo, Hartfield Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 3SG.

The proposed application is for the provision of the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment on Sundays to Thursdays from 09:00 until 24:00, and on Fridays & Saturdays from 09:00 until 01:00; the provision of Late Night Refreshment on Sundays to Thursdays from 23:00 until 24:00, and on Fridays & Saturdays from 23:00 until 01:00.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of their representation by 22nd December 2022 stating the ground for making said representation to: Licensing, London Borough of Merton, 1st Floor Annexe, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden SM4 5DX. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting www.merton.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for Premises Licence and there is an unlimited fine on being convicted of such offence.
