(Footpath 166, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section S14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

Effect of the order: To temporarily close to all traffic under section S14(1) of The Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 (as amended) Footpath 166, in the District of Harlow, from its junction with London Road, eastwards for a distance of approximately 800 metres to its junction with Footpath 162, Harlow.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 02 December 2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.

The closure is required to ensure the safety of the public and workforce whilst works to form new Kennels Lane is being undertaken.

The alternative route will be via London Road, heading north to its junction with the B1383 Gilden Way, heading east on the B1383 Gilden Way to its junction with Footpath 162, then south on Footpath 162 to its junction with Footpaths 166 and 167, and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 02 December 2022 and may continue in force for six months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier This Order may be extended by the Secretary of State.

(Alderton Hall Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alderton Hall Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Alderton Hill to its junction with Alderton Rise a distance of approximately 70m.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th January 2023 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WC7NGD3S01 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Alderton Hill, Borders Lane, Deepdene Road, Bushfields, Alderton Hall Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 8th December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Epping Lane, Theydon Mount) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order:
To temporarily close that length of Epping Lane, Theydon Mount in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 200m northeast of its junction with Hobbs Cross Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th January 2023 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30003911722 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Abridge Road, Ongar Road, Passingford Bridge Roundabout, London Road (with access only into Epping Lane) and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 8th December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hillyfields, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hillyfields, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Rectory Lane to its junction with Hillcroft a distance of approximately 305m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2023 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2336117 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Hillyfields, Pyrles Lane, Rectory Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 8th December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Collins Cross Road, Matching) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Collins Cross Road, Matching in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Church Lane for a distance of approximately 35m in a southeasterly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th December 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06049562/AP - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while water connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water An alternative route is available via Collins Cross Road, Church Lane and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 24th November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

(Hoe Lane, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Alderwood Drive to its junction with New Road a distance of approximately 1535m.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th December 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2335658 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway and cycleway repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, London Road, Abridge Road, Gravel Lane, Lambourne Road, Manor Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 24th November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(School Road, Stanford Rivers) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022


Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Road, Stanford Rivers in the District of Epping Forest, from the northernmost junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a southeasterly direction.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th December 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410181231 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stop tap and boundary box installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water

An alternative route is available via School Road, Toot Hill Road, Mill Lane, Greensted Road, The Borough, High Street, Four Wantz Roundabout, Fyfield Road, High Ongar Road, Coopers Hill, Stanford Rivers Road, Romford Road, London Road, Church Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 24th November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
