Richmond Road, Vary a Premises Licensing

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Austin Whelan intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Whelans 20 Richmond Road Kingston Upon Thames KT2 5EB.

The variation proposed is as follows:-
Application is made to extend the hours for all licensable activities until 02.45.
Application is also made to amend the closing time of the premises to 03.00.

A copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames Council, Guildhall, 2 High Street, Kingston Upon Thames KT1 IEU www.kingston.gov.uk during normal office hours. This application was lodged with Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames Council on 28 November 2022 and any representations must be made in writing to Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames Council at the above address no later than 26 December 2022.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
