Notice of Application for Grant/Variation Premise Licence/Club Premises Certificate

1. I/We Danny Gagg & John Meredith of Novello's Pool Bar & Sports Loft hereby give notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council on the 23rd day of November 2022

For a Grant of a licence to operate a premises at Novello's Pool Bar and Sports Loft, 57 Commercial Street, Hereford. HR1 2DJ from which the following licensable activities are proposed Live & Recorded Music, Late Night Refreshment (all indoors), Sale & Supply of Alcohol (consumption on the premise only) between the hours of, Monday through to Sunday (inclusive) 12midday to 1am & Bank holiday Sunday, Monday and Christmas Eve From 11 pm until 1 am, New Year's Eve from 11:00pm until 2am

2. The full application, giving details about the premise and proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire council. This may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at

3. An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above.
