The applicant has applied to the Licensing Authority for a premises licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:
1. The sale of alcohol between the hours of 0800 to 2300 Monday to Thursday, 0800 to 2400 Friday and Saturday and 1000 to 2230 Sunday for consumption on and off the premises.
2. The provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 and 2400 Friday and Saturday.

Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 26 December 2022. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
