Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to David Tolley, Head of Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Environmental Health and Trading Standards, Place Directorate, 2nd Floor, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London, E14 2BG WITHIN THREE WEEKS specifying the grounds of opposition.

Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person at a hearing before a Committee of the Council.
