Application for a Premises Licence

We, The Everything Luxury Hamlet Limited hereby give notice that we have applied for a premises licence in respect of The Barat Everything Retreat, Primrose Lane, Mellor, BB2 7EQ.The licence is to allow: Supply of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 08:00 until 2200 Exhibition of Film Monday to Sunday 08:00 until 22:00. A copy of the premises licence application is avalable to view at

Any Responsible Authority or Other Person who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Administration & Licensing Officer, Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk Clitheroe BB7 2RA or by email to

no later than 22/12/2022. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any ammount.
