NOTICE is hereby given that I, Emily Patchitt Applied on 22/11/22 for a New Premise Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: Capuchin Coffee, 22 Victoria Road, Hale, WA15 9AD under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: The provision and sale of alcohol on the premises between the following times: Monday Thursday; 11:00-23:00 Friday Saturday; 11:00-00:00 Sunday; 12:00-23:00 Playing of recorded music between the following times: Monday Thursday; 08:00-18:00 Friday; 08:00-00:00 Saturday; 09:00-00:00 Sunday; 09:00-15:00 The performance of live music between the following times: Thursday; 17:00-23:00 Friday Saturday; 17:00-00:00

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, Trafford Council, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
