NOTICE is hereby given that we, XTRA HUMONGOUS LTD have applied on 24th Nov 2022 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as CAPESTHORNE HALL, CONGLETON ROAD, SIDDINGTON. MACCLESFIELD. SK11 9JY for a PREMISES LICENCE to provide the following licensable activities: LIVE MUSIC, RECORDED MUSIC, PERFORMANCE OF DANCE, ANYTHING SIMILAR TO THE ABOVE, SALE OF ALCOHOL (CONSUMPTION ON PREMISES), FILMS AND PLAYS (between the hours of 12.00 & 23.00 on one weekend (sat/sun) in June each year)

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
