Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence underSection 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that We, Mr Yogarajah Ramesh & Mrs Li Wang have applied to South Lakeland District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as SANDYLANDS POST OFFICE, 65 Sandylands Road, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 6EY. The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol off the premises, Monday to Sunday 6.00 Hours to 23.00 hours, everyday seven days a week.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Public Protection (Licensing), South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UQ or e-mail licensing@southlakeland.gov.uk no later than 18th of December 2022 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the South Lakeland District Council office at the address given above between 10.00 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website -
