Notice is given that STACK (Durham) Limited applied to Durham County Council on 21st November 2022 for a Premises Licence for the above premises for the following licensable activities:- Plays, films, indoor sporting events, live and recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar to music and dancing; supply of alcohol:  Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 00:00 hrs and Friday to Sunday from 10:00 to 01:00 daily. Late night refreshment: Monday to Thursday from 23:00 to 00:00 hrs and Friday to Sunday from 23:00 to 01:00 daily. Seasonal variations apply as set out in the application. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
