(Russells Road, Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Russells Road, Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree from a point approximately 615m north west of its junction with Bournebridge Hill for a distance of approximately 115m in a north westerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th January 2023 for 8 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP0222758258 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while vehicle crossing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Russells Road, Halstead Road - Zc5002, White Ash Green, Sloe Hill, Chapel Hill, Mount Hill, Braintree Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 8th December 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Church Street, Gestingthorpe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Street, Gestingthorpe in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 100m south of its junction with North End Road for a distance of approximately 370m in a southerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th December 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30094576552 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Sudbury Road, Lower Houses, Bulmer Street, Kitchen Hill, Bulmer Road, Ballingdon Hill, Bulmer Tye, Hedingham Road, Broad Road, Church Road, Moat Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Curds Road, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Curds Road, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 245m north west of its junction with Coggeshall Road for a distance of approximately 145m in a north westerly direction.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th December 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03161115881/4 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while stoptap replacement works are undertaken by Anglian Water.
An alternative route is available via Hayhouse Road, Park Lane, Church Hill, Coggeshall Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 24th November 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Park Lane, Earls Colne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Park Lane, Earls Colne in the District of Braintree, from its junction with York Road to its junction with High Street a distance of approximately 360m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st December 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2332085-EH2337056 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway and footway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via High Street, York Road and vice versa.
