Ar 29 Tachwedd 2022, cadarnhaodd Cyngor Sir Ddinbych y Gorchymyn uchod a wnaed dan Adran 119 Deddf Priffyrdd 1980. Effaith y Gorchymyn fel y'i cadarnhawyd yw gwyro'r darnau o Iwybrau troed a ddisgrifir yn 1) isod i gyfeiriad gwahanol fel y disgrifir yn 2) isod.
1) Disgrifiad o'r llwybr troed presennol.
Y darn hwnnw o Lwybr Troed Cyhoeddus 6 yng Nghymuned Llanrhaeadr yn Sir Dinbych sy'n cychwyn ym mhwyntAargynllun y Gorchymyn yng Nghyfeirnod Grid OS SJ 07603 64331 ac yn mynd i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain am oddeutu 30 metr i bwynt B ar gynllun y Gorchymyn yng Nghyfeirnod Grid OS SJ 07624 64351 ac yn parhau tua'r gogledd-ddwyrain am 63.4 metr i bwynt C ar gynllun y Gorchymyn yng Nghyfeirnod Grid OS SJ 07669 64396 ar y ffordd fynediad sy'n adnabyddus fel Cyffordd Ffordd Rhuthun i Ben Bryn Llwyn fel y dangosir gan linell frown gadam rhwng pwyntiau A-B-C ar y map a gynhwysir yn y Gorchymyn.
2) Disgrifiad o'r llwybr newydd.
Bydd yn cael ei wyro i linell wahanol sy'n dechrau o bwynt ar Iwybr presennol 6 ym mhwynt A ar gynllun y Gorchymyn yng Nghyfeirnod Grid OS SJ 07603 64331 ac yn mynd i gyfeiriad y gogledd-ddwyrain am oddeutu 96 metr i bwynt D ar gynllun y Gorchymyn yng Nghyfeirnod Grid OS SJ 07685 64380, yna'n parhau tua'r gogledd-orllewin am 21.9 metr ar hyd y ffordd fynediad sy'n adnabyddus fel Cyffordd Ffordd Rhuthun i Ben Bryn Llwyn i bwynt C ar gynllun y Gorchymyn yng Nghyfeirnod Grid OS SJ 07669 64396 fel y dangosir gan linell doredig werdd rhwng pwyntiau A-D-C ar y map sydd wedi ei gynnwys yn y Gorchymyn.
Mae copi o'r Gorchymyn, fel y'i cadarnhawyd, a'r cynllun wedi eu gosod a gellir eu gweld yn rhad ac am ddim yn ystod oriau agor yn Llyfrgell Dinbych, Sgwar y Neuadd, Dinbych, neu drwy gysylltu a'r cyngor drwy e-bost: hawliautramwy@sirddinbych.gov.uk neu rightsofway@denbighshire.gov.uk, neu drwy ffonio 01824 706000 (a gofyn am Hawliau Tramwy Cyhoeddus) yn ystod oriau gwaith arferol.
Mae'r Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar 8 Rhagfyr 2022, ond pe bai unigolyn yn dymuno cwestiynu ei ddilysrwydd, neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth sy'n rhan ohono, ary sail nad yw'n cael ei gynnwys ym mhwerau diwygiedig Deddf Priffyrdd 1980, neu ar y sail nad yw'n cydymffurfio ag unrhyw ofynion y Ddeddf, fel y'i diwygiwyd, neu unrhyw reoliad a wnaed o dan y Ddeddf mewn perthynas a'r Gorchymyn, gall ef neu hi, yn unol a pharagraff 2 Atodlen 2 y Ddeddf fel y cymhwysir gan baragraff 5 Atodlen 6 y Ddeddf, wneud cais i'r Uchel Lys o fewn chwe wythnos o 29 Tachwedd 2022.

NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (LLANRHAEADR 6)
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2022
On 29th November 2022, Denbighshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the lengths of footpaths described in 1) below to a different line described in 2) below.
1) Description of existing footpath.
That section of Public Footpath 6 in the Community of Llanrhaeadr in the County of Denbighshire commencing at point A on the Order plan at OS Grid Reference SJ 07603 64331 and running in a north easterly direction for approximately 30 metres to point B on the Order plan at OS Grid Reference SJ 07624 64351 and continuing north easterly for 63.4 metres to point C on the Order plan at OS Grid Reference SJ 07669 64396 on the access road known as Ruthin Road Junction to Pen Bryn Llwyn as shown by a solid brown line between the points A-B-C on the map contained in the Order.
2) Description of new route.
Which shall be diverted to a different line commencing from a point on existing path 6 at point A on the Order plan at OS Grid Reference SJ 07603 64331 and runs in a north easterly direction for approximately 96 metres to point D on the Order plan at OS Grid Reference SJ 07685 64380 then continues north westerly for 21.9 metres along the access road known as Ruthin Road Junction to Pen Bryn Llwyn to point C on the Order plan at OS Grid Reference SJ 07669 64396 as shown in green dashes between the points marked A-D-C on the map contained in the Order.
A copy of the Order, as confirmed, and the plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge, during opening hours at Denbigh Library, Hall Square Denbigh or by contacting the council by Email: hawliautramwy@sirddinbych.gov.uk or rightsofway@denbighshire.gov.uk. Or by telephoning 01824 706000 (and asking for Public Rights of Way) during normal office hours.
The Order comes into force on 8th December 2022, but if a person aggrieved by the Order wants to question its validity, or that of any provision contained in it, on the grounds that it Is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980 as amended, or on the ground that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, he or she may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within six weeks from 29th November 2022 make an application to the High Court.
