Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic:

A) B3087 High Street (Part), Pewsey; from its junction with A345 to its junction with Ball Road to enable Openreach to carry out gully sucking in underground structure. Alternative route via A345 - A346 -B3087 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 05 December 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 21:00 and 05:00 for 4 nights. B) Union Road (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with New Road for a distance of approximately 30m in an easterly direction to enable Scottish and Southern Power Distribution to carry out 33kv power reinforcement and associated works. Alternative route via New Road - Marshfield Road - Park Lane - Foundry Lane - Old Road - Union Road (unaffected length). This Order will come into operation on 05 December 2022 and the closure will be required until 09 December 2022. C) Oxford Road (Part), Calne; from its roundabout junction with A3012 to its junction with Porte Marsh Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing, footway works, road marking, adjustment of ironworks and associated works. Alternative route via Porte Marsh Road - Stanier Road - A3012 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 08 December 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 until 21 December 2022. D) Stickleback Road (Part), Calne; from its roundabout junction with A3012 to its junction with Trench Road to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out carriageway resurfacing, adjustment of ironworks and associated works. Alternative route via Stickleback Road (unaffected length) - Zander Road - School Road - A3102 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 06 December 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:00 and 16:00 for 2 days. E) C67 (Part), St Paul Malmesbury Without; from its property known as Drew Pond Barn for a distance of approximately 125m in a south westerly direction to enable Wiltshire Council to carry out construction of footway and other associated works. Alternative route via C67 (unaffected length) - B4040 - C81 - C67 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 05 December 2022 and the closure will be required between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30 until 16 December 2022. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Alternative route via Union Road - New Road - Station Hill -Cocklebury Road and vice versa. The closure and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order will come into operation on 05 December 2022 and the closure will be required for 06 months. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order will have a maximum duration of 06 months.
