BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL
(UNNAMED ROADS (WINCHESTER HOUSE), BRACKNELL) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bracknell Forest Borough Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3) and 4(2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Effects of the Order:
The effects of the Order are to introduce the waiting restrictions as specified in Schedule 1-2.

Objections:
Objections to the proposals, together with the grounds upon which they are made, should be sent in writing to Andrew Hunter, Executive Director of Place, Planning & Regeneration, Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD or via email to highways.transport@bracknell-forest.gov.uk to be received by him no later than the 16th December 2022.

Unnamed Road (west of Winchester House)
Both sides From its junction with Skimped Hill Lane for its whole length.

Unnamed Road (south of Winchester House)
Both sides From its junction with Skimped Hill Lane eastwards for a distance of 8 metres.

SCHEDULE 2
Loading Only

Unnamed Road (west of Winchester House)
Eastern side From a point 3 metres north of the southernmost boundary of Winchester House northwards for a distance of 6 metres.

All distances are approximate and, where applicable, are taken from the centre of the stated junctions.
