Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (U40002 Torton Lane, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made:
to close that part of U40002 Torton Lane from its junction with A442 Droitwich Road to its junction with A449 Worcester Road. Reason: Carriageway resurfacing and surface dressing by WCC. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A449 Worcester Road, A442 Droitwich Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 15 days Commencing: 5 December 2022

(A450 Worcester Road, Broome) (Temporary 40mph Speed Limit) Order) 2022

Order made:
to impose a temporary 40mph speed limit on that part of A450 Worcester Road from its junction with U13403 Broome Lane for a length of 472 metres Southbound.
Reason: New customer connection by Severn Trent Water. Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 7 December 2022

(U11331 Prospect Road, Stourport-on-Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made:
to close that part of U11331 Prospect Road from its junction with A451 Minster Road to its junction with U11333 Bullus road. Reason: New Vehicle Crossing (Dropped Kerb) by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U11331 Prospect Road, A451 Minster Road, U11334 Bullus Road, U11333 Bullus Road, and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 7 December 2022

(U11323 Mill Road, Stourport on Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022

Order made:
to close that part of U11323 Mill Road from its junction with U11339 Timber Lane to its junction with B4193 Hartlebury Road. Reason: Tree maintenance by Full Fibre.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4193 Hartlebury Road, U10041 Millfields Drive, U11323 Mill Road and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 5 December 2022

(C2141 Lincomb Lane, Hartlebury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2022


Order made:
to close that part of C2141 Lincomb Lane from its junction with Winnall
Lane (Private) for a distance of 900 metres in a Northern direction
Reason: Carriageway reconstruction by WCC
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2141 Lincomb Lane, A4025 Stourport Road, C2142 Bishops Wood Lane, C2141 Lodge Bank, C2141 Lincomb Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days Commencing: 5 December 2022

(Various Roads, Stone) (50mph Speed Limit and Revocation) Order 2022


On 17 November 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of
which will be to update the speed limit on the following length of road in Stone to 50 miles per hour: 50mph Speed Limit: A448 - From a point 215m South East of its junction with UC12629 Spennells Valley Road to a point 270m North West of its junction C2187 Stanklyn Lane. A448 - From a point 150m South East of its junction with UC13620 Butts Lane to a point 80m north west of its junction A450
Revocations: (Various Roads, Mustow Green and Harvington) (Restricted Roads and 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2001 (Variation) and (A448 Chaddesley Corbett to Mustow Green) (50mph
Speed Limit) Order 2013 AND (A448, West of Stone) (50mph Speed Limit) Order 2013 AND (A448 Bromsgrove Road, Stone) (50mph Speed Limit Order 2013) There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 8 December 2022.

(Various Roads, Shenstone) (30 & 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2022


On 17 November 2022 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to update the speed limit on the following length of road in Shenstone to 40 miles per hour: UC13618: From its junction with A450 Worcester Road for a distance of 70m in a south easterly direction. UC13619 Heath Lane: From its junction with A450 Worcester Road for a distance of 200m in a north westerly direction. A450 Worcester Road: From a point 60m south west of its junction with UC13619 Heath Lane in a north easterly direction to a point 105m north east of its junction with UC13618. C2187 Butts Lane: From its junction with A450 Worcester Road for a distance of 55m in a northerly direction.
30 miles per hour: C2187: From its junction with A450 Worcester Road to a point 250m east of its junction with UC13616. UC13614 Witch Lane: From its junction with C2187 for a distance of 275m in a southerly direction. UC13616: From its junction with C2187 for a distance of 405m in a southerly direction. UC13617 Shenstone Village Road: For its entire length. UC13618: From a point 70m south east of its junction with A450 Worcester Road to its junction with C2187.
Revocations: Various Roads, Shenstone, Restricted Roads and 40mph Speed Limit Order 2001. There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 8 December 2022.
