(Woodstock) (Speed Limits) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that on 28 November 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 5 December introduces a 30mph speed limit in Shipton Road in place of the National 60mph speed limit, for a distance of approximately 190 metres, south and east from the 20mph speed limit, in the vicinity of the new junction at Cowells Road. The Oxfordshire County Council (Woodstock) (Speed Limits) Order 2020 revoked/replaced. Documents giving more details of the order are available for public inspection online by visiting:

(City Of Oxford) (20 Mph Speed Limit) Order 20**

NOTICE is given that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above amendment order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order is to extend the existing 20mph speed limit to cover the full length of Binsey Lane, in place of the national unrestricted speed limit. The changes relate to improving the environment for pedestrians and cyclists and improving safety for all.
