Notice is hereby given
that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 25th November 2022 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

The general effect of the Orders
is to reinstate the following parking restrictions and therefore return the parking to the original restrictions prior to covid:

1. To re-introduce pay by phone parking place Mon-Sat 8am-6pm max stay 2hrs no return in 2hrs on Hornsey High Street N8 between No. 36 to Nos. 42 to 50 High Street - Tariff £2.10.

2. To re-introduce single yellow line operating Mon-Sat 7am-8am, 6pm-7pm on Hornsey High Street N8 between No. 36 to Nos. 42 to 50 High Street.

3. To re-introduce single kerb blip operating Mon-Sat 6pm-7pm on Hornsey High Street N8 between No. 36 to Nos. 42 to 50 High Street.

4. To re-introduce single yellow line operating Mon-Sat 7am-7pm on Hornsey High Street N8 between Nos. 44 to 52 High Street.

5. To re-introduce single kerb blip operating Mon-Sat 10am-4pm, 6pm-7pmon Hornsey High Street N8 between Nos. 44 to 52 High Street.

6. To convert the loading bay to pay by phone parking place Mon-Sat 8am-6pm max stay 2hrs no return in 2hrs on Hornsey High Street N8 between No. 54 to No. 58 High Street - Tariff £2.10.

7. To re-introduce single yellow line operating Mon-Sat 7am-8am, 6pm-7pm on Hornsey High Street N8 between No. 52 to No. 62 High Street.

8. To re-introduce single kerb blip operating Mon-Sat 6pm-7pm on Hornsey High Street N8 between No. 52 to No. 62 High Street.

9. To re-introduce the original operating times (Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 hr no return within 1 hr) on the loading bay between No. 58 High Street and No. 62 High Street.

10. To re-introduce single yellow line operating Mon-Sat 7am-8am, 6pm-7pm on Hornsey High Street N8 between the shared boundary of No. 10/12 to No. 20/22 High Street.

11. To re-introduce single kerb blip operating Mon-Sat 6pm-7pm on Hornsey High Street N8 between the shared boundary of No. 10/12 to No. 20/22 High Street.

12. To re-introduce single yellow line operating Mon-Sat 7am-7pm on Hornsey High Street N8 between the shared boundary of No. 20/22 to No.26 High Street.

13. To re-introduce single kerb blip operating Mon-Sat 10am-4pm, 6pm-7pm on Hornsey High Street N8 between the shared boundary of No. 20/22 to No.26 High Street.

14. To extend the Permit Bay operating Mon-Fri 11am-1pm by 6.5 metres on Hornsey High Street N8 outside No.67.

15. To re-introduce 7.7 metres of double yellow line/double kerb blips outside No.67.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 3rd December 2022

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
