PUBLIC NOTICE
Kokota Ventures Ltd have applied for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the ground floor of 5 Rock Street, Oldham OL1 3UJ. The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place: Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, Provision of regulated entertainment and the Provision of late night refreshment.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Oldham Metropolitan Council, Sir Robert Peacock House, Vulcan Street, Oldham, OL1 4LA.
The application can also be viewed online at www. oldham.gov.uk/licensing or at the above address by appointment only by emailing licensing@oldham.gov.uk. Representations should be made by 20 December 2022.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
