We 'Total Asia Food Ltd' of Unit 8A, Port Road, Maesglas Retail Estate, Newport, NP20 2NS' hereby give notice that we are applying to Newport City Council for a Grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 as detailed below: Sale of Alcohol (Off sales) - Mon Sun 10.00 17.00 The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below between the hours of 9am and 4pm Mon to Fri.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
