Mr TR Boorman has applied to Ryedale Districl Council for a premises licence for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 06:30 to 23:00 hours daily at Tyke Convenience Store, 18 Church St, Norton, YO17 9HS.

The application record/register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable or summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
